30 Days Free Return

We have a 30-day free return policy, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs).


To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send your request to our return center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1 Year Warranty

We stand for the quality of our Wiim products. We offer a one (1) year full warranty on all products sold. Which means after you receive the items and find the product is damaged or defected in a year. You can claim the 1 Year warranty in our return center.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Replacement
We may analysis the product issue first, once we confirm the problem is related to hardware issue, we will arrange the replacement to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns that the damaged caused by human. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If there refund amount is exceed what you paid, we will refund via Paypal. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
